Lunch Time

So today has been a rare day.
(besides the planting weather we've had in February....it's odd!)
So today Koda actually was able to come home for lunch!
So I thought I'd so something different for us and have chicken salad sandwiches.
I like them.
Plus I needed to make sure my recipe tastes good for Erica's bridal shower.
Well, it was a total flop!!
The food was great! I loved it.
The other three people in my house...not so much.
Melody is on my side (hey I'm #1 in her eyes right now)
So I made them some chicken quesadilla's.
I ate some too.
Delicious!!!!
It was approved by the other three....go figure....

  1. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment! I'm sorry it's taken so long for me to stop over and leave a comment, but we've had a lot going on!

We used to raise cattle that were then shipped for slaughter, etc. We always treated our cows wonderfully. We bottle fed a few every so often, and our cows were nearly like pets! I'm not sure the statistics on how the majority of the meat in America is raised, (I'm going to look into this!) however it seems there is a large amount that are raised in stockyards or farmers who are very inhumane in raising their animals. In my quest to find out more information I stumbled across a video I couldn't even finish watching it was so horrible. Anyway, I have no doubt some ranchers/farmers raise their animals in great conditions, and with love, but there are also some that do a horrible job. I want to know, 110% my animals were raised having led the best lives possible.
