Sewing Days
I think I've burned myself out.
Don't worry it won't last long.
I've found the quilt I want to do for my bed.
Now to find 116 different fabrics.
Other then that.
I have so many projects that need done.
Page's quilt quilted, Grandma's quilt quilted to name some.
A whole bunch more needing quilted.
But I did get this top sewn together.
I like it.
Trying to decide weather to add more stars or what.
I'm calling it Milky Way of Colors.
I've also done these wonky hearts for the Sew Bee Wonky Bee.
They were fun and I really liked how they turned out.
Oh and here's my little Melody.
This is the picture that I used for her newborn announcement.
She is such a sweetheart.

10 step applique
5. Peel paper off of webbing. I've discovered its easier done when it is cool not warm.
9. Set your machine to a zig-zag stitch set at 2 for the width and .5-1 for the length. I like the stitches closer together. Stitch around each applique piece.
10. Your done. Now just do whatever emboridery you have to do and then quilt the block.

What I've been up to
I've been busy with my crazy life. I've become addictted to these quilt bees. They are so much fun. I think I enjoy them so much because I get to try out a bunch of fabrics that I never thought to use and I get to try different blocks. Like the one above I'm not one for house blocks but I think these are turning out so cute, that I might want a quilt.
